Sound Therapy

CHRISTMAS SOUND BATH AT LISTOKE HOUSE – 17 December

Arrive from 3.30pm. If weather is warm enough we will have access to the gardens and courtyard for the rest of the afternoon.
Sound Bath will start at 5:15 pm in the music room in the presence of an open fire.
Listoke House have a wonderful rustic kitchen where the group will gather to prepare our food. Ingredients will be supplied so everyone can make their own pizza as they like it before placing it in the brick oven for cooking.
Ingredients have been sourced from the garden at Listoke House where possible.  
The host Juliet will provide guidance on the pizza making as a group activity. 
The event will finish at 9.30pm. 
Minimum / Maximum Number of Attendees will be 10. 
Cost €50 each to include Sound Bath, Tea / Coffee, Pizza making & Christmas cake. 
There will be an option for INA members to avail of B&B at Listoke.  
There are 3 double / twin rooms with a third bed available.
Cost of B&B is €125 per twin or double room with 2 persons sharing. If a third person shares a room the cost will be €50 person so €150 for the room if 3 share.

Guests can be naked on the Sunday morning for breakfast if they wish.  
Check out time will be 11am on Sunday morning.

If you want to avail of accommodation on the Saturday night what type of room is needed, twin or double, and if you are willing to share a room with 1 or 2 others.
