NudeActivity Mix

Irish Naturist Association offers this free event to promote body acceptance, positive ageing, mental and physical health.

We will gather at noon at the main entrance to Donabate Beach, Co. Dublin (GPS 53.478120, -6.116066), next to the Martello Tower.

We will walk down the beach until we find a suitable place for our NUDEACTIVITY MIX, which will consist of ONE HOUR OF:

– NAKED QIGONG

– NAKED TAI CHI

– NAKED YOGA

– NAKED WORKOUT

– NAKED DANCE

After our communal NUDEACTIVITY session we will, of course, plunge into the Irish Sea (15 degrees water temperature at the moment) to complete the MIX with NAKED SWIMMING.

You are more than welcome to use your own games such as pétanque or boules for further nudeactivity enhancement.

Please bring along some food and coffee/tea to share with others! NAKED PICNIC is also part of the fun!!!
