Just to say a Sincere Thank you to our wonderful Instructor Deborah.
Such a lovely ambiance with a lovely bunch of people with similar interests of Healthy Lifestyle in Peace & Harmony
The catch up chat over refreshing Herbal Tea compliments of Deborah was just the perfect end to a stressful day at the office.
Such a lovely young lady who made us all so so welcome from the moment we first met and mingled
Deborah was so keen to genuinely ensure we were all engaging in class at our own respective individual levels of experience.
Particularly was impressed how she set out to engage to get to know and introduce one another.
I was genuinely so de stressed refreshed, calm and invigorated on my journey home
