NAKED DYNAMIC MEDITATION IS A TYPE OF PRACTICE THAT INVOLVES BODY MOVEMENT WITH MUSIC WHILE MEDITATING.
The meditation lasts one hour and has five stages. Keep your eyes closed throughout, using a blindfold if necessary.
1) Ten minutes of deep breathing through the nose nearly to a hyperventilation point whilst the body naturally moves with the breathing and music.
2) Ten minutes of intense movement, music and own sound, holding nothing back.
3) Ten minutes of holding your arms over your head whilst jumping up and down with music, and chanting a mantra that will be decided by the participants.
4) Fifteen minutes of total silence and no movement. There is no music in this phase.
5) Fifteen final minutes of free dance with music.
